This policy covers FitTechGuru (fittechguru.us) and Olympus Runtime, the private internal operations software described on the Olympus Runtime page.
Olympus Runtime and Google user data
Olympus Runtime is used by one person: the owner of FitTechGuru. It connects only to accounts that person personally owns or controls, and only after he explicitly grants consent through Google’s own sign-in screen. It is not offered to customers and has no other users.
What is accessed
Two read-only Google permissions:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly— read-only access to Gmail messages and their metadata.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly— read-only access to calendar events.
No permission to send, modify or delete mail is requested, and none to create, modify or delete calendar events. The application is technically incapable of those actions with the access it holds.
How it is used
Solely to provide the owner with a single view of his own commitments: identifying deadlines, messages that need a reply, scheduling conflicts, and upcoming events. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose beyond that personal view.
Google user data is never used to develop, improve or train generalized or foundational AI/ML models.
How it is stored
In a local database file on the owner’s own personal computer. There is no Olympus Runtime server, no cloud database and no hosted backend. Message and event content is not transmitted to FitTechGuru infrastructure or to this website. The device uses full-disk encryption, and the credentials that permit access are stored with restricted file permissions on that machine.
How it is shared
It is not. Google user data is not sold, rented, or transferred to any third party, human or service. There are no analytics providers, advertising partners, or data brokers in this path.
Retention and deletion
Synced data is kept in the local database only while it remains useful to the owner, and is deleted when the local database is deleted. Revoking access removes the application’s ability to read anything further.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation takes effect immediately.
Limited Use
Olympus Runtime’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This website
Information submitted through forms on fittechguru.us — such as a name, email address and project details — is used to respond to that enquiry and to deliver work that is ordered. It is not sold. Orders placed through the store are handled by the payment and fulfilment providers used to process them.
