About FitTechGuru
Built from the work, not the pitch.
FitTechGuru is one operator with a locker-room standard — coaching, creative, and systems in the same set of hands. No agency layers, no hype. Just work built to hold up.
The story
Four disciplines, one standard
FitTechGuru wasn't built from a business plan. It was built from years on the field and the sideline — coaching players, creating the content around them, and running the systems that hold a program together.
Coaching taught the value of a standard and the patience of development. Creative work taught craft — that how something is made is the message. Technology taught leverage: the right system does the work of ten people. Leadership taught ownership — you answer for the result, all of it.
Those four disciplines don't sit in separate departments here. They're held by one person, applied to one standard: quality over quantity, systems over motivation, development over hype.

One standard, held by real people
Principles
The standards behind every project
Five rules that decide what gets made, how it gets made, and what gets turned down.
- 01
Quality over quantity
One thing built to a pro standard beats ten built to none. We would rather do less and mean it.
- 02
Systems over motivation
Motivation fades by Tuesday. Systems keep the work consistent long after the excitement is gone.
- 03
Built to last
The craft has to match the promise. Everything is made to hold up over seasons, not to chase a trend.
- 04
Details matter
The margin between good and pro lives in the details nobody thought to ask about. We sweat those.
- 05
One operator, complete ownership
One person accountable from first call to final file. Nothing gets lost in a handoff, because there isn't one.
The process
From first call to final file
A straight line from discovery to delivery — no mystery, no bloat, no waiting on a chain of hands.
Discovery
We start with the program, not the deliverable — your goals, your audience, and the moment you're building toward.
Direction
A clear creative and system direction: what gets made, why it gets made, and the standard it will be held to.
Production
The work gets built to spec — branding, photography, video, a team store, gear, or the site it all lives on.
Delivery
Files, stores, and systems handed off ready to run — along with what you need to keep running them yourself.

Tell us about the program, the team, or the brand. If it's a fit, you'll be working with the person who does the work — not a queue.
